Application and Enrollment
Please note: PCS is a brand new program. The first semester will be the winter term 2026/27. So, application and enrollment will be possible for the winter term 2026/27.
General Information
Please note that there is a semester contribution of approximately €300 per semester, which includes various services such as the public transport ticket ('Deutschlandticket'). Apart from this, there are no tuition fees in the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia. This also applies to international students. While the university still offers various support services, you should also have certain self-organization skills.
You can begin your studies in the fall/winter term. Click here for more details on the start, end, and other semester dates. To apply successfully, please carefully read the information below.
